Everywhere,cooperation are joining forces to do what they could not do alone. The skill of strategy alliance has become central to competitive strategy in many global industries. As a consequence,managers need to rethink how they conduct business professionally,and we need to look upon the modern corporation and modern competition with global view . Alliance Capability has become a core competency for companies to compete in today's highly competitive、global marketplace. Alliance competency has been shown in research to dramatically improve companies' alliance success rates and to create significant shareholder value. The greatest breakthroughs and largest new value creation opportunity areas are being pioneered by companies using strategic alliances across industry、technology、national and cultural boundaries,to combine technologies、supply and production capabilities and to leverage marketing and channel strengths to create major new value of strategic alliances. To understand this development in global network Airlines,we will examine what alliances are,why companies use them,how they are conducted and managed and what effects the spread of cooperation has had on competition.
