Many scholars are devoted to analysis and also apply many ways. Now Tree-Based Analysis is a popular way. Zhang and Bonney addressed the way for related analysis by using Tree-Based Analysis in 2000. This analysis can analyze a great number of gene pedigree archive and also easy to be explained. However, its efficiency hasn’t been explored completely. In this research, we will simulate gene pedigree archive in many different modes, and then switch the simulated data into vector mode. Then we will analyze by using RTREE.
