Sensing materials are different mixtures of polymers, conducting polymer and liposome. We use some different materials to compose chemical sensors and determine conductivity. The experiment results show that the sensed signals are successfully classified by principal component analysis (PCA) method. Different frequencies were scanned on standard solutions of taste sensor electrode using LCZ meter and appropriate frequency value was obtained as a parameter for measuring the samples. Various kinds of commercial sports drink are analyzed by the PCA method with focus on the salt region. Five of the sport drinks determination of the concentration respectively(6.47,27.83,14.15 ,22.48,19.5mM.) The second part: we proposed two various electrodes ,the sensing materials included different plasticizers (DOS,CN), ionophore, (C-thiophenecalix resorcinarene) etc. We used the two sensors to determination the standard chromium solutions (VI) 0.1,1,10,100,1000ppm and four waste water. The concentration of the waste water determined respectively (2510,10500,10.2,12.5ppm). Measurement principle of the sensor array is the impedance parameter of solutions.
