Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 94 === Generally speaking, SIP is used for the real-time communication, which is under the environment of UDP; On the other hand, mobile IP is used for TCP, which provides non real-time services. In order to integrate SIP and mobile IP (MIP) efficiently, many papers proposed the hybrid structure of SIP/MIP. The discussion so far only focus on the tightly coupled structure, in other words, it means that the database of MIP and SIP would exchange the message and even share one database with each other. However, in many occasions, ISP is not the only one provides data and voice services, therefore, both the database of SIP and MIP would not exchange the message with each other, while this is so called loosely coupled structure. This research not only aims to tightly-coupled structure, but also provides the management scheme in order to reduce the cost of updating databases of SIP/MIP.
