Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 94 === As mentioned for security industry, the particular working time and places of the security service personnels have brought out learning progress suspension of job training, since the workers usually work at distinct stations and different time. It is hard to decide the training time when the enterprises want to arrange training courses of security enactments because of the on-duty time collision of the security service personnels. The proposed research aims to conduct e-learning mechanisms into a security company which never apply Internet-based methods on job training, and then discusses if the learning inconveniece is lower and the learning satistaction is higher after new learning strategies are applied. Furthermore, this research will find that if the learning quality is increased by conducting e-learning mechanisms. The research method is described as following: A learning management system is adopted for some distinct security company through a period of conduction. Then we use the PZB service quality model which is announced by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry as the basis of theoretical analysis. An assessment table called SERVQUAL which is developed by the former three scholars is adopted as questionnaire on the security service personnels who takes e-learning courses. The results of statistical analysis shows that the learning performance of job training after conducting e-learning has positive effect.
