The aim of this study is the discussion and comparison of the usage in concessive clause in Chinese and in Spanish. Chapter I, Introduction, introduces the motivation, object, and the research method of this paper. Chapter II: Spanish Concessive Clause. It firstly defines "concessive clause", and secondly we study the use of tense and structure of real and counterfactual in concessive clause of Spanish. Furthermore; we describes the various expressions in Spanish concessive clause, and at last, the sentence order. Chapter III: Chinese Concessive Clause. This chapter generally explains the usage and definition of Chinese concessive clause and further discusses the conjunction and other expressions in Chinese. In the end of this chapter, the differences between preposition and the postposition of concessive clause are compared. Chapter IV: Comparison between Chinese and Spanish Concessive Clause. This chapter compares the demonstration and practice between Chinese and Spanish concessive clause is according to the preceding chapters. And then stretches to the usage and thinking of the construction with real and counterfactual in Chinese and Spanish, and finally contrasts the differences and similarities in both sentence structures. The Conclusion summarizes the main points of Chinese and Spanish concessive clause from the previous chapters.
