These researches intensely suggest that the corporations should do repatriation management to increases the repatriates’ intend-to-stay, as well as to organization''s involvement. However, practically, we found that multinational corporation attach the importance to the repatriation is very few. Why the repatriation management is not to be attached the importance? Until now, there are few researches explore about this question. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find why the repatriation management not be taken by the multinational corporation. We draw out 700 corporations with a random sampling method from Investment Commission of Ministry of Economic Affairs list. We mailed the questionnaires to the human resource manager in parent company. Then, we got 127 effective questionnaires. The validly retrieved rate was 18.62% and used the statistical analysis of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for examine the relationship among variables. The result of study found, the value of overseas work experience to repatriates and the ideas of top manager are the principal factors which repartition management is taken by the Taiwan multinational corporations. As the information technology progress increasing, organization downsizing and international degree can affect the value of repatriates’ overseas work experience, and then reduces the willingness of organization to implement the repatriation management.
