In 1995, Melamed, Meir and Samon had advocated a very similar concept named ‘leisure congruence’, which argued that the individual’s personality play an important role while choosing the types of leisure activities. In spite of their efforts, the ‘leisure congruence’ ignores the fact that the imbalanced nature between the individual’s ability and leisure activity. This study plans to build the concept of leisure fit through literature review. The study introduced the relationships between leisure fit (supplies-needs fit, abilities-requirement fit), well-being (spiritual well-being, self-esteem, burnout and anxiety), leisure satisfaction and flow experience. This study adopted a purposive sampling and selected the leisure activity participants in ordinary life as samples and chose Da’an Forest Park as the survey place. The effecting samples are 485. The results of this study are including: (I) “leisure fit” is defined as the match characteristics between the leisure participants and the leisure activities, including “abilities-requirement fit” and “supplies-needs fit”. “Abilities-requirement fit” can be defined as leisure participant has the abilities required to meet the requirements of their leisure activities. “Supplies-needs fit” can be defined as the leisure benefits provided by leisure activities satisfy leisure participant’s needs. (II) After analyzing the consequence of various study variables with LISREL software, it indicates that: (1) leisure fit is positively significantly relationship with leisure satisfaction and flow experience. (2) Leisure satisfaction is positively significantly relationship with spiritual well-being and self-esteem and has a negative relationship with burnout and anxiety. (3) Flow experience is positively significantly relationship with self-esteem and negatively significantly relationship with anxiety. (4) Leisure satisfaction and flow experience play a mediating role between leisure fit and well-being.
