There were 8 elite bowling coaches ever in charge of the national bowling teams from 1994 to 2005. The leadership behavior, values, player’ training and administration, team cohesiveness and the relationship between coaches and players were set as five major categories of coach’s leadership behaviors to be discussed. Via the interviewed to subjects the main findings were listed as followings: 1. The responsibility, vision, implementation, public relationship, interaction organization and administration and trusty were the obvious characteristics of the national elite coaches. 2. The leadership behavior of democracy model was applied by majority of national elite coaches. 3. The players’ goal setting and accomplishment reflected much the value of the elite coaches. 4. The players’ self-control, self-management, cooperation and keep in good condition were most common what elite coaches expected in daily training and administration. 5. The elite coaches believed that the team cohesiveness was necessary for the success of the team. Finally, the elite coaches should equip with the concept of globalization, the ability of self-learning, the ability of foreign language, the ability to improve players’ required characteristics and performances. 蘇俊賢 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 91 zh-TW
