Summary: | 博士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between employee frustra-tion (workplace envy, high number of work years - low salary, high number of work years- low position) and creativity. This study use variety, autonomy, task identity, feedback, organizational support for creativity, supervisory support, coworker helping and support, leader-member exchange as control variables, and use intrinsic motivation as intervening variable.
Regression analyses indicate that workplace envy is negatively related to intrinsic motivation and creativity, but high number of work years - low salary, high number of work years- low position is not associated with intrinsic motivation and creativity. The expected mediating effect of intrinsic motivation only occurs on the relationship of workplace envy and creativity. Research and practical implication of these findings are discussed.
