Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 動力機械工程研究所 === 94 === This work presents a method on geometric design of roller drives with two teeth difference, and makes the analysis of meshing characteristics, then will use CAM to make the processing manufacture simulation in order to help processing manufacture on the CNC in the future. This work uses CAD to construct the solid modeling, confirms feasibility of the systematized geometric design method. By the analysis of meshing characteristics it is known, when rollers of the planet gear place to the top of the gear on the conjugate tooth profile, can obtain good gearing. If the design variable ( , , ) is invariable, roller drives with two teeth difference may obtain better mesh with the movement than roller drives with one. When fixed velocity ratio, if is bigger, transmission is smooth. Roller drives with two teeth difference, when the number of cylindrical meshing rollers is more, simultaneously can have more teeth to do meshes with the transmission. This research may provide conformity of the pattern on the CAD/CAM, and will take the man-machine interface development ahead of time the work reference pattern in the future.
