Such a system can be applied into the reliability analysis of X-ray test or LCD monitors.
The main objective of this research is to study the optimal maintenance policy of 2D consecutive-k-out-of-n:F system. Moreover, in this paper we:
1.propose a more general 2D consecutive-k-out-of-n:F system.
2.investigate the optimal maintenance policy for various combinations of parameters.
3.study the structure importance of components of system.
4.propose a new immune algorithm for solving the problems. In addition, numerical results by the proposed algorithm and enumeration methods are reported and compared.
