In the thesis , the RLS and NLMS filtering algorithms with verilog are implemented. Verilog is a hardware descript language . the task of it is to implement the electronic structure that people want to implement. RLS is a common algorithm for adaptive filter .It has very good performance,but its structure is complex because of the operation of divider ,the goal is to reduce the complexity and implement the architecture with the software,Xilinx . NLMS algorithm is an another popular adaptiving algorithm , its structure is easier than RLS structure, the goal of designing NLMS is to improve the rate of converge of LMS ,so it can converge faster than LMS. The design is evaluated in the platform of Xilinx and the thesis concludes the validility and performance of optimum filter、the common adaptive algorithm and the application of adaptive filter.the content will derivative the process and descript the point in detail. 邱炳樟 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 63 zh-TW |

Adaptive filter is the most important structure to many application.,the use of adaptive filter has become popular. echo cancellation, channel equalization……… are the typical applications. In the thesis , the RLS and NLMS filtering algorithms with verilog are implemented. Verilog is a hardware descript language . the task of it is to implement the electronic structure that people want to implement.
RLS is a common algorithm for adaptive filter .It has very good performance,but its structure is complex because of the operation of divider ,the goal is to reduce the complexity and implement the architecture with the software,Xilinx .
NLMS algorithm is an another popular adaptiving algorithm , its structure is easier than RLS structure, the goal of designing NLMS is to improve the rate of converge of LMS ,so it can converge faster than LMS.
The design is evaluated in the platform of Xilinx and the thesis concludes the validility and performance of optimum filter、the common adaptive algorithm and the application of adaptive filter.the content will derivative the process and descript the point in detail.
