Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 94 === With the growth of the Taiwan’s economy, the building industry of Taiwan has been growing rapidly since 20 years ago. In addition to the basic function of buildings, the building occupants are also pursuing the satisfaction of safety, aesthetic, health, comfort, and environmental protection. How to achieve the goal of advanced building satisfaction, a life-cycle costs building multidisciplinary value engineering framework is the focus of this research. The design structure matrix (DSM), Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO), and the approximation methods were used to evaluate the integrated performances of building design. The thermal and lighting performances of build are the main focus of this research. Based upon the framework developed in this research, other disciplines of building performances can be effectively coupled with.
