碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 94 === Although detail-design approving practices have been conducted for a span in Taiwan, there is still lacking an integrated management manual or guide to be followed. This situation causes many problems, such as indeterminate authority and responsibility, un-complete detail-design approving procedures, as well as lacking of communication channels etc. Besides detail-design approving can not be implemented successfully, even claims or change design would happen. Therefore, this study induces the concept of “design and development”, one chapter of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and refers to the local practices and organization structure to establish the detail-design approving model and its management manual. The detail-design approving model is divided into three stages, including preparing stage, detail-design approving stage as well as knowledge and experience feedback stage; furthermore, this project also develops the management manual in terms of procedures.
