The research tends to study an optimum construction process on the coating of the nano photocatalyst to enhance its function. A series of experimental parameters are designed such as methods of the pre-cleaning of the surface of base material, coating methods, coating layers and post-coating treatment. The followings are the short description of the result of this research: (1) full pre-cleaning of the surface of the base material significantly affected the function of coated nano photocatalyst during the service stage; (2) four layers coating gained the best function of self-cleaning of nano photocatalyst; (3) uniform smearing is better than the spray of nano photocatalyst on the surface of the base material; (4) no distinct difference between nature dry and tempered dry of the post-coating treatment of nano photocatalyst.
