First of all, a software package Matlab/simulink was used to build a full-scale model of a typical distribution system and form the control blocks of various existing voltage control methods. Then, the sample system was simulated and analyzed by taken into account the power factor, the interconnection point, and the capacity of DG, and assumed the maximum voltage variation due to DG to be �b2.5%.
