Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 94 === With various attractive features, Multi-input Multi-output Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(MIMO-OFDM) has been a promise for fourth-generation wireless communication systems. This thesis focuses on the MIMO-OFDM that can detect wireless channel parameters in real time, and then transmit these parameters through the feedback channel to the base stations(BSs). According to these parameters, the BS carry out dynamic adaptation of subcarrier allocation and bit loading. As such, the transmit information can adapt to the wireless fadings, so that mobile users can maintain good quality of service(QOS) and minimize the total transmit power in high-speed environment. To achieve superior performance, a dynamic subcarrier and bit allocation algorithm is developed and verified through simulations using Matlab. The main contribution in this thesis include : (1)Minimize the total transmit power in wireless OFDM systems; (2) Improve the bit error rate in Multiuser MIMO-OFDM systems; (3) Be able to apply to various wireless channels and outperform other previous works; (4) As a whole, the new algorithm provides an appealing alternative for future wireless environment.
