The documents and materials collected from this research is found: What enterprises show successfully and satisfied with to ERP system is about 30%. ERP system is a system of enterprise's resource planning, have characteristic which large-scale model's groups, trans-departmental procedure combine, the key backbones of electronic enterprises, implement success or failure of ERP system, have tactic influence positions to the success or failure that enterprises manage. This research implemented practice research, the collection of and relevant theories documents of science and technology of information through ERP system. based on 4S interdynamic tactics: strategy construct(Strategy) , project scope(Scope) , manpower support(Support) , organization structure(Structure). And is probed into and verifies the case, find 4S interdynamic tactics that this research puts forward, it is really that ERP systems implements the successful important key. Put 4S interdynamic tactics in order as follows: (1)The support of the executive on the senior level should transform the tactics of making the transition into the tactics goal and electronization of enterprises concretely, and set up enterprise staff's common understanding through intact education and training, make understanding its why fight and have tactics goal that fight, could support the execution of the project scope, carry on the change of organization structure. (2)The scope that the project is implemented can't insist on putting in place once, must organize culture, information-based degree, institutional framework cooperate with enterprise degree and tactics goal the main criterion, it is a good beginning to act according to one's capability. (3)The change degree of organizational structure is that have already in the project scope determined, it is that depends on the common understandings of the tactics goal of staff that the organization changes the size of range.
