Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 94 === This study adopted knowledge management, study theory and technology to construct an e-learning system guiding teachers the right ways to educate students and helping students to achieve their learning efficiency. This study applies the document analytic method, system display method and case study method, the author use questionnaires and in-depth interviews for data collections. From this study, the author found the following findings: (1) To provide on-line group learning’s model of group knowledge created; (2) Construct student's personal knowledge and promote the learning ability through group knowledge created; (3) Offer students to combine and convenient study platform and teacher all-embracing teaching platform. This study offers two suggestions for the practice according to the conclusion; (1) Teacher can use this research development model and system to improve teaching; (2) Learner should change from traditional way to the model and system be constructed in this study. And have three suggestions to the future researcher; (1) In accordance with the environments and characteristic of school, research range it expand progressively to all, teachers and students of whole school; (2)By the characteristic of general university education, time should be longer than traditional system , to explore benefit with more intact systematic different fields , and really promote learner's quality and efficiency while on-line group learning; (3) Developing the various types of interface according to different department, in order to strengthen systematic suitability, improve the systematic course combining.
