Henderson and Cockburn’s (1994) framework is utilized to measure the capabilities of industry-university collaboration. We use multiple regression models to see how the factors, which are the standardization of procedure, communication, incentive management, assignment of decision rights by information advantage, assignment of performance evaluation right by information advantage, team performance evaluation, common values and innovative culture, affect the results of industry-university collaborations. This research finds that standardization of procedure, team performance evaluation and innovative culture have positive effect on the quality of collaborative products. Standardization of procedure, assignment of decision rights by information advantage, assignment of performance evaluation right by information advantage, team performance evaluation and innovative culture have positive effect on the profit of collaborative products. Inducement and common values have positive effect on knowledge creation.
