The human resource development activities of planning can help enterprises to accumulate the human capital ,but in such an important environment, can it really help the staff and company to accumulate the remarkable manpower? Making use of one's own interpersonal relationships to obtain extra resource and knowledge to finish the work and accumulate the strength is the concept in this article to discuss the human resource development activity offered by company and the “interpersonal relationship” which strengthen the accumulation of enterprise's human capital.
