In an era of knowledge economy, if wanting to gain significant advantages over competitors, you must manage the information systems well. It is exactly what enterprise’s lucrative key to connect the information systems to share and communicate each other, activate the materials, and change them into expected information. EAI is a technology that integrated a lot of heterogeneous systems within enterprise, and simulated operation under the environment of the same platform with the efficient method. In the research, we propose an architecture, is based on ERP and combine EAI, to improve the shortcoming of fragmentation of information and solve the problems that meet to in process of production. In way of EAI, we can integrate all materials in the modules where is distributed in ERP system and appear through Excel. This architecture can not only help us manage unperceived problems to make a self-criticism and analysis afterwards but also find out ahead “where problem is” to raise performance.
