The application of one to one marketing strategy will become the critical successful factor for a business. How to use the E-business models in the Cosmetics industry to make customization services for customer is our purpose. A suitable promotion model not only can support the decision making, promote marketing effect, and reduce cost but also attains the high customer satisfaction to earn more profit. So this research offers personalized recommendation that support marketing model. In this study, a method of personalized recommendation is developed for an internet cosmetics store. It is based upon the application of Fuzzy Synthesis Decision and Case Based Reasoning making approach to define a match. An internet cosmetics store could use this method to provide customized product choices for its customers according their demands and preferences.
