This study also examined whether members’ personality composition and Chinese traditionality moderate the relationship between team prejudice and intrateam conflict as well as goal commitment and intrateam conflict. The sample contained 388 members from 128 ISDTs, who came from the universities of the northern Taiwan. Four findings were shown in the study. Firstly, the higher team prejudice, the higher intrateam task conflict and relationship conflict, whereas the higher goal commitment, the lower intrateam task conflict and relationship conflict. Secondly, the Chinese traditionality had a moderating effect on the the relationship between team prejudice and task conflict, and team prejudice and relationship conflict. Thirdly, while the task conflict and relationship conflict become higher, it would bring more negative influence on the team performance and members’ satisfaction. Fourthly, the top management support could promote the team performance and members'' satisfaction.
