How to promote education quailty in school management is the primary work of all. In recent years, the ideas of school management have been changed to enterprise. These changes are expected to establish a new vision of shcool and promote educational quality. The class is a basic unit of school education. One of important factor of promoting educataional quality is through improving classroom management. This action research implements the Total Quality Management idea to the class of elementary school which researcher worked. The conclusion was as follow: First, teachers had to look the satisfaction of customers as the most important factor in classroom management. Second, using PDSA of the Total Quality Management in the classroom could be preventive and promote quality continuously. Third, only several TQM methods and tools could be used, so teachers had to look for more appropriate methods and tools in classroom management. Fourth, using TQM ideas in the classroom management of elementary school was still in a difficult position. Fifth, students felt satisfied with teacher providing service to exceed their demand.
