Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 國際財務金融碩士在職專班 === 94 === Surging with the prevalence of industrial revolution, among worldwide countries during these years, in order to capture the opportunities of global business, both the Clustering Business and the Supply China Management (SCM) models have become by far the most important strategies for companies. This has accelerated the global resource’s reallocation and integration resulting in a cost reduction advantage. As current industry’s circumstances mature, electrical technicians play, and will continue to play a key role in the successful operation of SCM, which can’t be ignored in gaining customer satisfaction and obtaining the customer’s loyalty for the long run. This study refers to the previous analysis reports of the beneficial results of E-Procurement, which is gathered into 4 sections in the questionnaire; they are cost reduction, time, services and the management efficiency. There are 86 people involved in the survey, who are suppliers and product purchasers located in either China or Taiwan. Through this survey, we observe their tendency to utilize functions, preferring to implement in sequence. Finally realizing what the influence factor is prior to the system’s set up. This research finds that both the suppliers and the purchasers have a common positive viewpoint for mutually beneficial results; except time efficiency. Indeed, China receives a bigger evaluation point for E-Procurement than Taiwan; while Taiwan has built up a broader scope of E-business and a more enhanced electrical industry than China. Furthermore, the most influential factor when considering E-Procurement is “user friendliness” and the top priority of implemented E-Procurement function is “resource sharing and interaction”. Ultimately, we know that China is aggressively eyeing the competition’s ability to enhance in order to beat global entrants, Taiwan needs to beware of such fierce battles and always remain holding the best advantage of competition whatever the industries are ahead.
