Manufacture needs one to be responsible for all of their requiremnts, so the professional semiconductor distributor has its important value. Distributor can save marketing promotion and cost of after-sale service. Therefore IC designer can use more resources for researching and developing new maket. Recently, Taiwan becomes one of the main manufacture of the electronic product. Simple buys and sells already unable to meet IC supplier and system manufacturers requirement. Especially under industry's focus and lower profit impact, semiconductor distributor profit margin will be influenced. They need to think how to improve and survive in such competitive market. This listing three IPO companies ' W Company ' , ' Y Company ' , ' S Company ' , are the top three of semiconductor distributor in Taiwan. In order to understand current situation of Taiwan semiconductor industry and provide future development. How to face changing market and develop the unique competition advantage , through the suggestion of this case study. Hope to reach the following goals: 1.To collect the marketing tactics of the semiconductor distribution and build the structure for future study. 2.
