Among them, the full-rate full-diversity SF code proposed by Su et al is one of the best SF codes. They randomly assigned a subcarrier to each codeword to achieve high performance of the system. Moreover, if the power delay profile of the communication channel is available at the transmitter, they allocate each codeword to the optimal subcarrier according to the profile. This work developed proper allocation methods for the full-rate full-diversity code according to variant available information at the transmitter to further improve the system performance. Finally, we apply this allocation concept to multi-user OFDMA systems. Different approaches were derived to allocate a set of subcarriers to each user and then better results are obtained.
