碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 法學系 === 94 === Chapter 1, this research explains the consciousness of the problem and the arrangement of the thesis; then in Chapter 2, based on the family law and the Lord Chancellor explains, analyzes gender equality in the family, and make some criticisms to the concept of the motherhood, the family, and the marriage; Chapter 3 introduces the public and private dichotomy of traditional political philosophy, and feminist theories. And by these theories we can think how to reform our family law; In Chapter 4, I will observe the family law of other countries, and opinions of scholar, then estimate the reform of the family law in the future; In the part of the conclusion, the paper consults the statistic data of the website resource, observe the promotion of gender equality in the family, and think of the connection between the change of the law and the gender equality.
