At the same time, it also probes into understand how comments and suggestions after applying in property management staffs. And attempt to identify whether the e-learning system can be an effectiveness tool and achieve goals of on job training. The system was developed and them tested at the accredited points of Chiao Shin Group, which are located at Taipei, Taoyuan and Yilan. Data collected through by personal interview and questionnaire to survey 112 property management staffs, and to understand subject, attitude, toward and suggestions to the system after experiment. Results of the study indicated that no significant difference of learning time was found among subject with different educational levels or with different ages. However, the post scores were significantly different regarding the educational level or age. Subjects who were younger, or with higher educational level performed better on the post-test. It was also found that property management staffs had positive attitude toward applying e-learning to the on job training and were satistified with the learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study it was on included that e-learning was a feasible way of on job training for property management industry. Besides, this research conclusion and findings will hope to provide suggestion for future property management industry to proceeding e-learning application.
