Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 國民教育學系碩士班 === 94 === The purposes of this research are to make a study of framing and implementing technology plan in elementary school, including all kinds of contents, process of forming plan, and influence factors of implementing success or failure. It not only provides reference resources for drafting or carrying technology plan into execution, but also assists schools in using technology to promote learning and administration efficiency. The research methods contain literatures review, questionnaire survey and interviews. According to results of literatures reviews, research purposes, and interviewee opinions, the questionnaire “Public and private elementary schools’ technology plan, Taipei city” was developed. There were 153 schools picked out randomly to fill up the questionnaires, and 134 valid samples (87.6%) were returned. In the first interview, there are ten principals interviewed. In the second interview, interviewee comprises two principals, one director of academic affairs, and one technology coordinator. At last, the collected data was analyzed by the statistical analysis of the frequencies statistics and χ2-test.
The followings are the major conclusions in this study:
1. The content of technology plan includes founding committee membership, explaining individual work and duty, making use of technology to promote administration efficacy, assisting in staff professional development, fleshing school infrastructure out and etc. Above of all are accepted opinions of the most principals.
2. In forming process of technology plan, most of schools will found committee membership, group members by kinds of individual work or task, draw up action plan or strategy to accomplish goal, and construct the files of all context. Oppositely, planning strategies to fit in with variations is a deficient part of school present situation.
3. There are seven categories that influence factors of implementing technology plan success or failure, including the understanding upon the plan, the application of money and resources, the function of the organization, character of members and professional development, the leader, the executing procedure and feedback and evaluation.
Finally, according to results, there are twenty-four recommendations that in view of education authority, schools and future studies putted forward in order to provide reference resources for educational administrators, school administrators, and relative researchers.
