The study was sampling from high grade elementary school’s students and their physical education teacher. With qualitative research, deep interview, direct observation, documents collection, and references review, the present results showed: (1) A concept of gender role on teacher who owned an “inflexible” concept in gender difference even he want equality to treat students. (2) Interaction between teacher and students: (a) The gender expectation of teacher appeared that boys were higher than girls. (b) The gender behavior was much more advised action and time, attention on girls than boys. There was no difference on encouragement, but a censured behavior of boy was more serious than girls. (c) the duty assignment focus on boys. (d) The level of grade was different between boys and girls. (3) The gender difference affected the interaction between teacher and students: Teacher’s sex concept caused an effect on his teaching pattern and made him paying more attention on boys than girls. The interaction difference between teacher and students depended on student’s behavior and studying attitude. (4) An inflexible concept of gender roles on boys was higher than girls. (5) Peer interaction between boys and girls appeared a significant separation on gender, so girls always followed boys, and appeared that boys are more powerful than girls; Lack of interaction between boys and girls, but in a dodge ball game ,boys give much passive words to girls. (6) The gender difference of teaching attitude、distinguishing behavior and the concept on gender of student caused gender separation within peer.
