Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 自然科學教育學系碩士班 === 94 === Abstract A study on the primary school teachers’ knowledge, attitudes, behavior and teaching perspectives towards the incidents of wildlife in Taipei The purpose of this study is to investigate not only teachers’ knowledge, attitudes and behavior but relations between the three towards the incidents of wildlife.The design of the study is qualitative and quantitative.203 teachers selected from 18 schools come from Taipei public primary school. In quantitative part, all the sampling teachers’ written questionnaire was analyzed. Firstly, collect and analyze data by using questionnaire in the qualitative part. After that 3 teachers represented high, middle and low scores who were chosen from each school were interviewed through semi-construction interview to realize the teaching perspectives towards the incidents of wildlife. 1. In teachers’ knowledge towards wildlife: Based on the average score 55.6 of the study result, teachers show their basic acknowledgement of wildlife. Besides, according to the analysis of differentiation, there is no difference in teaching science and their education level. However, there is significant difference in gender and the frequency of receiving news. 2. In teachers’ attitudes towards wildlife: Based on the average score 67.3 of the study result, teachers show their positive attitudes. Besides, according to result of the analysis of differentiation, there is no difference in their gender, education level and the frequency of receiving news. However, there is significant difference in teaching science. 3. In teachers’ behavior towards wildlife: Based on the average score 62.5 of the study result, teachers show their positive behavior. Besides, according to result of the analysis of differentiation, there is no difference in their gender, education level and the frequency of receiving news. However, there is significant difference in teaching science. 4. According to the result of the analysis of Pearson relational differentiation, there is positive significant correlation between teachers’ knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards wildlife. 5. After analyzing teaching perspectives in the questionnaire, we found that teachers choose the teaching topics which they know more. In goal of teaching attitude, no matter teachers like it ,as long as it’s helpful for students, teachers still take it in class, but they don’t have the same goal in teaching behavior. 6. As for the readers, you can follow the provided website for learning more about the incident of wildlife. We also suggest that the important incidents of wildlife can be put on the website after corrected by experts for primary school teachers as one of their teaching wildlife sources.
