There’s no exception for cultural institution. The purpose of this thesis is studing focuses on service quality of website of cultural institution, and the difference between importance cognition and satisfaction of the user. Using Keelung City Cultural Bureau as an example, the study shows that subjects have greatest differences between importance cognition and satisfaction on information protection, opinion mailbox, rapid responsiveness, firewall and rapidity of website.
