Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 航運管理學系 === 94 === Abstract As the emerging of new organizational style and knowledge worker, which complied with teamwork and knowledge management request, research about extra-role behavior seems becoming important. A few empirical researches have conducted and found that both human resources management and employees’ extra-role behavior can improve organization performances, but the association between human resources management activities and employees’ extra-role behavior is still unclear. The purpose of this research is to unfold the association between human resource management activities and employees’ extra-role behavior. This research will also explore what situational effects (situational context including LMX situation and organizational justice perception) will have on the association between the two. Major findings of this research are as below: 1. Human resources management activities have positive effect on employees’ extra-role behavior. 2. Supervisor and subordinate relationship has no significant effect to moderate the association between human resources management activities and employees’ extra-role behavior. 3. Also, organizational justice perception does not moderate the association between human resources management activities and employees’ extra-role behavior.
