The results will be the references of attending later health education. By using questionnaire analysis, this study focused on the chronic disease inpatients and outpatients discharged from a medical center within a month, proceeding purposive sampling. Total 232 effective questionnaires were completed. The results indicate: 1. Overall the cognition of medical seeking safety of the patients in this study leans toward sufficient. The results of attitude of medical seeking safety leans to be positive. However the results of self- efficiency of medical seeking safety are towards the middle and up values. 2.The general cognition of medical seeking safety: patients in age 35-44 years old have the higher cognition than the ones over 65 years old. Also the upper and middle class patients have the higher cognition than the lower middle class ones. 3.The cognition of drug bag: the upper class patients have the higher cognition than the lower middle class ones. 4.The attitude of medical seeking safety: women have the better attitude than men. Patients in age of 35-44 years old have the better attitude than the ones over 65 years old. The upper class patients have the better attitude than the lower middle class ones. Outpatients have the better attitude than inpatients. 5.The self-efficiency of medical seeking safety: no obvious differences have been found from the different demographics characteristic. 6.The variables of the general cognition of medical seeking safety are age’, ‘timing of hospitalize and pathogenesis’ and ’the cognition of drug bag’. 7.The variables of the general cognition of medical seeking safety are age’, ‘timing of pathogenesis of this dieases’ and ’the cognition of drug bag’. 8.The variables of the attitude of medical seeking safety are ‘sex’, ‘the general cognition of medical seeking safety’ and ‘the cognition of drug bag’. 9.The variable of the self-efficiency of medical seeking safety is ‘the attitude of medical seeking safety’. Key word: chronic disease, the cognitive of medical seeking safety, the attitude of medical seeking safety, the self- efficacy medical seeking safety 胡益進 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 134 zh-TW |
