In other words, it has been changed from logistic management to supplying chain, and then to global logistic management. Therefore, logistics is an issue to extend. The thesis applies the approach of Political Economy with historical structure to find out the problems of cross-strait logistics from the aspect of history. In addition to manipulate the SWOT analysis to discuss the advantages and disadvantages between Taiwan and Mainland China, the research emphasizes on how to improve the inferiority, reconcile the minacity, and maintain the advantageous position and the chances of development. Thus it makes a tactic plan to fit with the current position and face the changeable environment. The research says that cross-strait cooperation will be a great benefit to the both sides. Consequently, establishing the Common Market becomes more and more important. However, the Three Links has not been fully opened to the public which becomes a stumbling block for the cross-strait logistics. Our government should square up to the issue with open-minded political ideology to effectively manage the problem. It should create a beneficial environment based on the economic benefits for the cross-strait to develop in the future.
