Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育經營與管理研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation about the classes-decreased primary school organizational culture and teachers’ job satisfaction in Tainan County and Tainan City. Moreover, the study aims to the perceptive differences of teachers’ and schools’ background variables on the classes-decreased primary school organizational culture and teachers’ job satisfaction. This study also discusses the relationship of the classes-decreased primary school organizational culture and teachers’ job satisfaction so as to predict of teachers’ job satisfaction from organizational culture.
The structure and questionnaire of this study are developed by investigating the literature review about the classes-decreased primary school organizational culture and teachers’ job satisfaction. The tool adopted in this study is a personally made questionnaire “The Relationship of the Classes-decreased Primary School Organizational Culture and Teachers’ Job Satisfaction.” The retrieved probability is 90.08% and there are 570 effective questionnaires. The data gathered is conducted by computer software SPSS version 10.0. The statistics methods used are t-test, one-way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), canonical correlation, and stepwise multiple regression.
The findings of this study are as follows:
1.The perception level of the classes-decreased primary school organizational culture in Tainan County and Tainan City is above the average.
2.The points of the classes-decreased primary school teachers’ job satisfaction in Tainan County and Tainan City is above the average. “Work itself” has the highest score.
3.There is a positive correlation about “job title, work experience, school region, school scale” on the teachers’ perception of the organizational culture among the classes-decreased primary school.
4.There is a positive correlation about “job title, school scale” on the classes-decreased primary school teachers’ job satisfaction in Tainan County and Tainan City.
5.The canonical correction with the classes-decreased primary school organizational culture and teachers’ job satisfaction in Tainan County and Tainan City: there is a positive correlation among the bureaucratic culture style and compensation and a negative correlation among the bureaucratic culture style and peer relation. There is a positive correlation among the supportive culture style and job satisfaction. There is a positive correlation among the innovative culture style and work itself, promotion.
6.The perception level of the classes-decreased primary school organizational culture in Tainan County and Tainan City are significantly predictive on the teachers’ job satisfaction.
