In our country, the educational revolution is positively bringing “regular perceptibility” into the course of elementary and secondary schools. However, as to the regular perceptibility for elementary school students, it remains to be studied. The research emphasizes in qualitative study, mainly carry out the pattern regularity teaching programs in small class instructional program for twelve cram school students and 5th grade elementary school students who didn’t accept regular teaching yet. By means of instructional supervision, two text-based tests and interview analysis, we can observe and obtain what the performance of students in perceptibility and problem solving are when meeting regular problems. Meanwhile, we also study what are the differences among three kinds of achievement for students in learning profile and perceptibility in terms of four-type regular problems. Finally, we concluded that the pattern regularity teaching programs as a good teaching method based on “The spirit of math course in 1993.” The result of the research on children’s learning profile was found that the observation record that derived from teaching process and interview analysis that got from two text-based tests. The students who are high and intermediate achievers can make first-order and second-order conditions on four-type regular problems by means of discussion and presentation in class. In addition, they can solve problems utilizing “perceptibility” when doing two text-based tests. From the result analysis we can find the activities, discussion and presentation, can inspire children thinking and increase their awareness. We can get better result from intermediate achievers. Besides, the perceptibility of low achievers can achieve steady first-order condition after discussing and testing in class, meanwhile, they can utilize the perceptibility in second-order condition. We also found that if teachers could give proper instruction in the process of interview, children’s perceptibility would be promoted well.
