Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育學系輔導教學碩士班 === 94 === The objective of the present study is to investigate the effect of Adlerian group guidance on the life maladjusted elementary school senior students with life adjustment, self-concept, and behavioral disturbance. The results are provided as reference to elementary school guidance. The research adopted experimental design of the pretest- posttest control-group, and investigated the life maladjusted elementary school senior students in Kaohsiung County. The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group based on gender. The test group received 14 rounds of Adlerian group guidance for twice per week and 50 minutes each time. The control group did not receive any treatment. The experiment was an independent variable. “Elementary School Children''s Life Adjustment Questionnaire”, “Elementary School Children''s Self Concept Questionnaire”, and “Behavioral Disturbance Questionnaire” were used as measuring tools. The data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1. Immediate guidance results: (1) The subjects did not show immediate improvement on life adjustment after received Adlerian group guidance. (2) The subjects showed immediate improvement on self-concept after received Adlerian group guidance. (3) The subjects did not show immediate improvement on behavioral disturbance after received Adlerian group guidance. 2. Follow-up guidance results: (1) The subjects did not show follow-up improvement on life adjustment four weeks after received Adlerian group guidance. (2) The subjects did not show follow-up improvement on self-concept four weeks after received Adlerian group guidance. (3) The subjects did not show follow-up improvement on behavioral disturbance four weeks after received Adlerian group guidance. Based on the results, this research discussed the weakness of the study and suggested improvement areas, as well as suggestions to school counselors and future researches.
