In the content, it mentions the strategy growing models of a corporation. According to the resource basic theory, dynamic capability, transaction cost and the strength of social network resource, we can divide the models into three: (1) Hierarchy model of general expansion strategy, (2) Market model of merging through market mechanism, (3) Network relationship model by utilizing in-between organization relationship to develop non-marketed and non-leveled relationship. As a case of proconn, we have corporation growing strategy analysis to discuss how to make a corporation to keep growing step by step from grasping the good timing, accumulating strength and resource in dynamic competing industry to form the cycle of competence strength.
