Therefore, we adopt the meta-analysis to analyze the previous accumulation materials of the integration information technology into instruction. In this way we can compare the learning effect for traditional teaching method and the integration information technology into instruction method. By searching dissertation and journal database, there are 47 research materials can be used in our research. We consider various factors such as area, subject, sex, and duration to do meta-analysis and a computer procedure Meta-Hc is used as the analysis tool. The results show that students in Taiwan using integration information technology into instruction method has more learning effect than traditional teaching method; The students in middle-Taiwan has more learning effect than that of other students in Taiwan. The result shows that there is no obvious difference between southern areas and the others in Taiwan. However, students have no obvious improvement in the northern areas than that of whole country. Because the data in eastern areas is insufficient, we can not predict learning effect of students in this area. On the subject variation, mathematics domain integration information technology into instruction has higher result than that of whole country. Nature and life scientific domain study effect is lower than that of all students in Taiwan. Language and Social domain are unable to do the proper prediction because the material is insufficient. Consider the gender, boy and girl students have not been showing the difference in integration information technology into instruction. The learning effect of teaching duration above four-week is more than that of below four-week duration. Abundant results are obtained in this research due to its conscientious and careful design. It is hard to predict and judge the learning effect of carrying out integration information technology into instruction in eastern area, Language domain, social domain etc. because of the difficulty of collecting materials.
