The main purpose is to analyze two different kinds of case schools to the partnership idea that the school and community persons hold, the interaction of establishing and maintaining the partnership, the strategies of establishing and maintaining the partnership, influence factors of establishing and maintaining the partnership, and the pressure of establishing and maintaining the partnership, the way of solving pressure. According to the research purposes and questions, the research conclusion is as follows: First, two case school and community persons all admit that the partnership is on the basis of the mutual trust and mutual respected of both sides, and reach the common goals of school, community and student's tripartite development. Second, the interaction that two case school and community persons establish and maintain the partnership includes formal activity, and informal interaction. When one side hosts the activity between the school and community, the other side supports suggestion for sponsors that plan in advance and revise afterward, and participates in the activity with each other. Third, the strategies that two case school and community persons establish and maintain the partnership include: communication, mutual participation, resource sharing, mutual service, and collaboration. Fourth, the inside influence factors of the school that two case school and community persons establish and maintain the partnership are: The belief and behavior of principal, the achievement of school, the parents and teachers’ interaction time, teachers’ attitude about parents participating class affairs. The external influence factors of the school are: the chief of village’s belief and behavior, parents’ attitude of participating class affairs, buzz, and mediated communication person. Fifth, when two cases school and community persons establish and maintain the partnership, they face the common inside pressure with insufficient human resource. A school staffs spend extra time interacting with community for solving this pressure, and B school declare the concept of volunteering to the teacher in order to solving this pressure. In external pressure of the school, two schools face the common pressure that parents and official representatives care about class-classification. The ways of solving this pressure are except that two case schools all approve of the validity of decree, A school emphasizes the education fairness through communicating, and B school thinks that the basic solution is improving teachers’ professional abilities. Sixth, Two different kinds of cases school establish and maintain the partnership, there are some different positions including community characteristic, parents’ involvement, the social and economic status of parents, other results of the research are roughly the same. According to the above conclusion, the suggestions are provided for educational institution, community, and follow-up studies.
