The main instruments used in this study are the questionnaire of principals’ change leading behavior and the gauge of elementary school teachers’ job involvement. The samples in this study are used stratified random sampling with 598 teachers from Taichung City, Taichung County, Changhwa County and Nantou County. The 418 teachers’ questionnaires are retrieved and 413 of them are available for using in this study. Statistics methods such as Average, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Person's Production-Moment Correlation, and Canonical correlation are used as well. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. The perceptions of teachers on principals’ change leadership behavior were good. 2. The teachers’ perceptions of principals’ change leadership significantly influenced by the variables of age, year of service, educational level, position and school size except gender and school areas. 3. A majority of the educators rate high on job involvement. 4. Invest the situation of teachers’ working devotion to have differences of showing because the gender, year of service, position and school size; but there are no distinct differences in age, educational level and school areas. 5. There is a significant positive relationship between elementary school principals’ change leadership and teachers’ job involvement. The more change leadership the principals employ, the higher job involvement the educators rate. Based on these conclusions, this research provides several concrete suggestions for elementary school teachers , administrative educational organizations and future researches.
