(3) The more anxious the trainees have been, the less equipment of computer would they get. Contrarily, the less anxious they are, the more they own. And the more confident for computer competence they are, the more equipment of computer literacy they get; if not, they would own less equipment of computer literacy. And the more fond they are of computer, the more equipment of computer literacy they possess; and vice versa. As a whole, the more positive their computer attitudes are, the more their equipment of computer literacy would be.
(4) But as for installing the operational system, discerning software and hardware, manipulating the Word Processing System as well as computer data process and analysis, mouse operating ability and the knowledge on the protection of Intellectual property, there are left much to be desired.
(5) Most of the trainees showed negative signs to their confidence for computer competence and the attitudes to the utility of computer.
