For the purpose of this study, the concept of situation-specific motivation measurement was adopted. In this experiemental study, 72 Grade2 and Grade3 students of Food and Beverage Management from Nation恆春vocational school in Taiwan. were choose to analyze. Each of classes was divided into groups with 23-25 people: structure of approach-mastery classroom goal structure, approach-performance classroom goal structure and structure of multiple classroom goal structure were one among them. The collected data through pretest and posttest were analyzed by two way and three-way MANOVA. In the light of purposes, two ways and three way mixed design ANOVA were conducted to test hypotheses. Result showed that (a) there were no interaction between the structure of classroom goal groups, personal goal orientation on self-regular learning; (b) there were no interaction between the personal goal orientation and structure of classroom goal on learning behavior; (c) there are interaction between the personal goal orientation, and structure of classroom on grade.
