The research methods included literature review and questionnaire survey. The objects of this study were 6 experts of cosmetology department and students of cosmetology department in Kaohsiung and Pingtung County. The 1,000 respondents produced a total of 946 usable questionnaires resulting in a response rate of 94.6%. The statistical technique was based on SEM(LISERL8.52) this software to analyze the relationship between related factors and variables of knowledge transference. The conclusions and suggestions were as follows: 1. Knowledge resources for students of cosmetology department at vocational high school were as follows: professors, peer, internet, library, curriculum (material, teaching, practical training), extracurricular activities, professional association (the league of cosmetology), cooperative education, speeches (expert, graduate student), visitation, exhibition, competition, skill examination, outdoor free haircut, and so on. 2. About the manner of knowledge transference, students’ active learning is the most effective influential factor, that also meant that students could be able to find knowledge, and then to imitate, to apply, and to innovate it. 3. About the intention of knowledge transference, students would like to acquire knowledge from enterprise. Therefore, some cosmeticians could hold disquisitions, research and study conference, industry-university cooperation, and panel discussion for students acquiring more related knowledge for taking up an occupation in the future. 4. About the behavior of knowledge transference, students estimated they could acquire knowledge from enterprises better. Therefore, faculty at school could invite some experienced experts to do demonstration or instruction in school. Thus, students would be capable of having sufficient ability for achieving future business wanted; moreover, this way could also guide and lead students to prepare for their work ability earlier. In general, according to the source and the path of knowledge transference, it is thus clear that could be able to develop the model of knowledge transference for students of cosmetology department at vocational high school. According to the findings and conclusion, the researcher provided some suggestions for schools, teachers, students, vocational training institutes, and future researchers to refer to.
