Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 94 === In recent years, the measurement of light emitting diode’s optoelectronic characteristics has become more and more important since the area of LED applications has been advanced, and there are many good selling points for LED such as small size, highly luminescent efficiency, long life time and environment protection which could take the place of traditional brightness’. This project would be planned to apply LabVIEW as PC-based control interface, and use the integrating sphere which is matched with data acquisition board and data acquisition interface box to compile a measurement program of high brightness LED optoelectronic characteristics for quality control, including luminous flux, luminous intensity, hue, chromaticity coordinates, dominant wavelength, purity, color temperature, stability and forward bias, so as to develop a windows-based environmental monitoring and complete a highly precise and stable inspection system for testing LED’s automatic optoelectronic characteristics. This system could base on the index of optoelectronic characteristics examined to be an classification of LED before it is sent out of the manufactory, it would feed back the data obtained from output report format to production line for correcting the parameters of the machines so as to optimize the parameters of the production procedure and to improve the yield of production. Key points of the project are as follows: (1) To design a set of LED auto optoelectronic inspection mechanism. (2) To design a fast measuring program and human-machine interface program. (3) To integrate the acquisition module, the electronic control module and machine module to consist a set of practical and valuable prototype machine.
