First, we present the structure and the theory of the Coriolis mass flowmeter in the thesis, and utilize the finite element analysis method to carry out the U tube modal analysis and static analysis of maximum deformed displacement. After analyzing and designing, we build a dual-U tube Coriolis mass flowmeter. In the excitation frequency side, we use a electromagnetic actuator to produce the required voltage signal, then let this signal input drive coil, and the drive coil and magnet which fixed in the center of the dual-U tube will be magnetize to produce the excitation frequency. To measurement the signal by induction coil that is mounted at upstream and downstream flow of the tube, then we use LabVIEW Software to filter singal processing, we can measure the mass flow rate and signal analysis immediately.
